When I took over @skiexpress at the start of the 2025-26 season, there were <300 followers, very little engagement, and a lack of visual identity among the content. As the manager of this page since then, we’ve gained 2000+ followers, over 10k views on each video(over 1.5M on most viewed), and consistent on-brand content for people to engage with.

Repair reels

Repairs are a big part of what makes the shop special. It’s important that people understand this through engaging with our content. People also just really like repair videos whether they’re skiers or not! They’re satisfying ASMR.

Machines of the Shop

Reels Series

Machines of the Shop is an informative series of reels that showcases each machine involved in the tuning process. Most of our customers don’t see or know how the shop tunes their skis so this is offers the shop an opportunity to inform customers who may be interested. It’s also an opportunity to create engaging content to help strengthen the identity of the shop.

Promotional Graphics

When the shop is doing a special deal or some kind of promotion, it’s my job to communicate it both literally and visually to the customer base. I try to achieve this task through use of visual hierarchy, brand identity, and effective imagery.

Customer Reviews

The shop has received a lot of positive reviews on Google. Customer review graphics help spread word of all the nice things people have to say about the shop while simultaneously reinforcing the brand identity through the post’s composition.
